Meet erick & Bailey
We are proud graduates of North Carolina A&T State University, where we first crossed paths in 2020. Erick launched his multi-media company on campus in 2017 and quickly became known for “cooking up” some of the most memorable graduation content. In 2020, Bailey hired Erick’s company to capture her graduation photos, and not long after, our own love story quietly began. Throughout our time on campus, creativity, culture, and community helped shape who we are today, and those same values sit at the core of Eternal Flame Productions.
In 2025, we relocated from Orlando, Florida, bringing our shared passion for storytelling to the beautiful city of Chicago, Illinois.
What started behind a camera and in front of a lens, has grown into a commitment to capturing love stories with care and intention for couples beginning their own unions.
Eternal Flame Productions was born at the intersection of Erick’s professional media and directing expertise and Bailey’s background in marketing and operations. Erick originally founded a production company with his twin brother, Derrick where weddings were always a part of their creative work. In 2025, we rebranded what started as graduate and formal film, into a dedicated wedding filmmaking experience.
By definition, an eternal flame is a small fire, lamp, or torch that burns continuously without end. We chose this name to reflect the enduring love shared between two individuals.
At the heart of what we do is connection. We take the time to learn each couple’s story, including their style, their energy, and what makes their love uniquely theirs. From there, we thoughtfully craft those details into meaningful storytelling, capturing moments in a way that feels personal, emotional, and true. Our hope is that every piece we create evokes happiness, stirs emotion, and preserves the feeling of this moment for years to come. Just like a flame that never fades.
